Jerry is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, and courteous. He educated us about how the car transport industry works, "held our hand" through a stressful process, and got us the best price possible. He was available every time I had a question and followed through right away. The transporter was unable to pick up our car within the original window, but Jerry facilitated an alternate arrangement that worked out great, and the car was delivered in half the time they estimated. The exterior was dirty but that was not unexpected for the time of year and the route. During my initial web search for a car shipper, I got a message from one company warning, "Don't trust the nice voice on the phone." Well, Jerry's is one "nice voice" you CAN absolutely trust! Thank you, Jerry!
