Vanessa was wonderful worked with me all the way . It's my first time shipping a car. Needless to say I was worried . Car is gift to my Granddaughter. Vanessa made multiple calls to me to ease my worry. Call that car had been shipped. Call to confirm delivery date and estimated time. Call to establish more accurate delivery time. Vanessa could do this because her trucks are electronically tracked with G.P.S. Driver call Two hours ahead of delivery as agreed. They came right on time. Driver was a very nice man. They took much care in unloading car . ( you would think it was their car they were that careful) No surprises on price . It was as quoted. Vanessa called to confirm delivery and my satisfaction. Vanessa called to express thanks of doing business with her company. Asked if I had any complaints or suggestions of improvements to process process !! If anyone has to ship a car this is the company to use. They could not have a more caring contact person as Vanessa. In these times a job well done can be a rarity. I get the impression that a job excellence is the norm here. I am not one to refer often. I say this Use this company when shipping autos put your trust in them they will not disappoint you. You as a customer will impressed by their excellance service during the total process. If you could only see my Granddaughters huge smile and feel her joy as her car came on time ( she was going to class) and undamaged . PRICELESS. Thank you Vanessa and Thank You Navy Transport.
