Had a little trouble getting paperwork through the fax system, understandable, as it was a weekend at closing time and the office where the fax was to go was closed. But Joe persevered and found a way around the situation and got someone to deal with the fax. This allowed the car to arrive sooner and except for a downpour and heavy flooding the day before causing an unexpected but understandable one day delay, my car arrived promptly and in good condition.
