My daughter's Jeep Rubicon is more well-traveled than anyone in the family. It just recently took its fifth trip across the country with Nationwide. Every time, Chris has been our amazing point person. Whether it's nights or weekends, it doesn't matter, he is on call to make sure you connect with your driver and that the trip goes smoothly. I've been impressed with the drivers. Our Jeep has arrived in perfect condition every time. Every step of the way - from the time I have reached out, to the time the vehicle has been delivered, went off without a hitch. The one time we had a minute of trouble connecting with a driver, Chris resolved the issue immediately and it was on a Sunday! He keeps in touch with you by text and oversees the whole process, making sure you're informed about every detail. I would never use anyone else. I wish everything in my life was this easy!
