Spoke with John and there was absolutely no pressure- instead, extreme understanding of all my needs, patiently answered my millions of questions, and accommodated every step of the process. Then, there was Chris, who was just absolutely amazing!!! The day that the car arrived, Chris was there every step of the way. You are in contact with Nationwide United the whole time and not the driver- which I prefer. Chris really made a difference by "being" there (nonstop communication via text/phone) for me the day of delivery and I truly appreciate his exceptional customer service. Paid a deposit and remaining balance in cash when car was delivered. Nationwide United was not the cheapest out of the quotes that I received. However, you get what you pay for and I chose quality of service over price. Our driver Rich was really nice and took really good care of our vehicle. It arrived in one piece! Mileage/Gas Tank did not move at all. Vehicle arrived extremely dirty, which is very much expected considering that it just went through all kinds of weather conditions but mainly, no chips or dents. My first time shipping a vehicle cross country and it won't be my last with these guys! Thank you John and Chris. It was truly a pleasure!
