First of all do NOT trust these guys at Nationwide Transport Services. Once they have your money you will never hear from them again. I transported a 1998 Corvette from California to Florida. I could never reach the driver, he never returned a phone call. On the day of delivery I never could get a hold of them. They delivered the car at 9:30pm at night so I couldn't see the damage on my car.

The right front fender was cracked, but because the car was delivered at night and filthy, I couldn't see the damage. If you don't sign for the car, you can't get the car. They say they carry $100,000 liability insurance on each vehicle. They don't, they are liars. When I called the trucking company the next day, they said they would not honor the insurance claim and hung up on me. I contacted John at NTS and he never called me back.

These guys are rip off's. Once they have your deposit and cash you will never hear from them again. I have over $2,000 damage to a car that was in showroom condition. Now I have lawyers involved and my own insurance company going after them to pay for the damages. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

First of all, We are always available to speak to. If you call our phone during business ours YOU WILL NEVER go to voicemail. Getting a hold of us is never an issue. This was never even brought to our attention because if it was we would have resolved it right away. Mr. Dimler didn't even call us about this, he just went straight to the review site and exaggerated his complaint. We called him to discuss the issue and he didn't answer or return our phone call. Deliveries are only made in the night time per the customers request. We do not normally deliver in the middle of the night.
