First of all, We are always available to speak to. If you call our phone during business ours YOU WILL NEVER go to voicemail. Getting a hold of us is never an issue. This was never even brought to our attention because if it was we would have resolved it right away. Mr. Dimler didn't even call us about this, he just went straight to the review site and exaggerated his complaint. We called him to discuss the issue and he didn't answer or return our phone call. Deliveries are only made in the night time per the customers request. We do not normally deliver in the middle of the night.
