Our company scheduled a tow of a trailer for a very important client a month prior to the scheduled tow. All necessary documents were completed and payment was processed as stipulated on the quotation. The driver confirmed he was prepared for the pickup as scheduled four days prior. The day before the scheduled tow we called the driver again to coordinate details only to be told it was cancelled by Nationwide due to insufficient insurance coverage. According to our sales representative, ownership made the decision to drop the shipment two days prior without even having the curtesy of informing us, even after payment was made. If you are planning to use Nationwide, BEWARE, they will leave you high and dry! Inexcusable lack of professionalism!
