The customer service Scott provided was awesome. First he helped arrange a pickup very quickly. Then when we ran into complications, he very kindly cancelled the order for a full refund even though it was the planned pickup date. When things calmed down, we called back and Scott arranged for the transport of our car once again. When the transport company was somewhat late in coming and we couldn't contact them directly, I called Scott who got right through to them and got communications going much better. My car arrived in St. Louis a day ahead of schedule. While not the cheapest, I would definitely recommend this company.
