We were recommended to use this company to ship my husband's truck based upon its great reputation. When we met the driver to pick it up, we were told the bed liner of his truck flew off and hit another vehicle. He told us his boss knew about it and they would be filing a claim. Then he had my husband sign what he wrote in as a waiver but told us was only our acknowledgement that we were picking up the truck within the bed liner. My husband point blank asked him if it was a waiver and he said no.
When we went to file the claim we were told initially the boss hadn't heard about the incident (which had to have been a lie given the damage to the other vehicle) and then we were told the driver indicated there was no bed liner in the truck to begin with so they would not be covering it. When we produced photos of the truck one week before the move showing the liner was intact, we were then told because my husband signed a waiver, they would not cover it. The driver was dishonest and the company supported him in it.
We will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Sure we have our truck, but without a liner and with scratches and chips from its departure. So disappointed we went with this company.
