Chris was knowledgeable and professional. Provided quick service at a good price. Carrier was delayed one day on pick up, but after that everything went smoothly. The only damage was the rear window of the skid loader was cracked when it separated from the cab. This is an old skid loader and the window did not fit tightly and had been repaired before. This damage was not the carriers fault. I can repair it easily with a piece of plexiglass. Overall I'd say this experience was much better than I expected.
