Vehicle was available for pickup on January 26th. Laki secured a carrier right away. Carrier was running late due to difficulties, then decided that he was overweight and could not pick up vehicle. Laki and I were very disappointed by his professionalism. Laki notified me immediately and was able to secure another carrier by the 31st and he delivered to CA from TX in 2.5 days and was very professional on the pickup and delivery. I would definitely use Laki Prusalis at Nationwide Transport Services again and recommend him to my friends.
