We purchased a Jeep Wrangler in Miami, FL and needed it shipped to Bloomington, IN. I provided my contact information via their website and was contacted a few days later, on a Friday by Bob. He stated he had a driver available that same day and that it would cost approximately $600 to ship which was half of what I had been quoted elsewhere. Unfortunately, shipping that day did not work out since the driver would not make it in the time slot that was available to our Miami sellers. Monday, Bob called to state he could have it shipped that same day. We planned on having it picked up that evening and it would arrive by Thursday. The driver showed up with his assistant to pick up the vehicle and drive it to the carrier which was a few miles away since the sellers lived in a residential community. The drivers appeared to be european with heavy accents but they were nice and friendly. On Wednesday, I called the driver to coordinate the time that they would be in town so I could make sure to be available and left a voicemail. The driver called me a short while later to let me know he would be here that evening around 9. We coordinated a drop off location, which was the walmart parking lot nearby. He said he would arrive around 9 pm and would call me when he got there. I received a call at 9:20 pm that he had arrived. We showed up, paid the balance and drove off with our vehicle. They had let some air out of the tires since the jeep had a lift which made it difficult to load on the truck, but we were right by a gas station so it was not an inconvenience. Overall, our experience was very easy, prompt and reasonably priced. Thank you Bob!!
