Got to work with Mitch who sounded like a trustworthy no nonsense Brooklyn man, experienced, never downtalking the competition, just focused on getting the business and the info I needed. After talking to him I decided to shop around a little. I found a few cheaper carriers but wanted to give Mitch a chance to earn the business, so I called him back and asked him if he would consider small discount to match the average offers. He didnt go on to paint off the competition as crooks but listened to my needs and specific situation. Mitch was very keen on staying positive and explain the broker process a little and what my offer would mean. He then agreed, asked for my info and placed the order. He was flexible, courteous and pleasantly professional. Mitch is a guy I'd wanna business with in any industry. Highly recommend him. Truck arrived perfectly on time. All very well timed, showing how Mitch kept an eye on the ball for me, which was extremely important to me since I was in transit myself. Need auto transport..call Mitch at Nationwide, whether it's your first or last call..give him a chance!
