Prompt quote and email/phone responses from NTS is a good indicator of what to expect when you need an ETA or have general questions. The price was much lower than I expected to pay for a cross country transport (CA to FL). They took very good care of my BMW Z4, especially during unloading because it's so low to the ground. The car arrived dirty as to be expected in an open carrier but once I had it detailed it looked brand new. The driver did give me a Noon to 3pm window but ran into traffic and arrived at 6:30pm, but did call to alert me to the delay. Very happy with the service and I would use them in the future.
