I was pleasantly surprised in my dealings with nationwide. I needed to move my newly bought car from the dealer's shop in Houston, TX to my home in south west virginia. I called and spoke with Ivan on Thursday morning around 8:30 am, he told me that my car will be picked the same day. I made a $200 deposit over the phone and agreed to pay the remaining $400 to the driver in cash.
At 4:56pm the car dealer sent me a text informing me that my car had just been picked. Friday evening, I got a call from nationwide driver and he told me my car will arrive on saturday morning. I was so shocked. I was not prepared for them. I immediately went to an ATM to get some cash. Saturday morning, around 5:30 am, the driver called to let me know he was 30 minutes away.....I got my car on saturday morning, in excellent condition!!! The very pleasant driver even took time to teach me how to manouvre my new car.
I had a fantastic experience. I got expedited service at a very affordable price. l highly recommend this company to everyone. Ps do not even bother looking for another company if you need to transport your car. Go ahead and call nationwide now with no reservations.
