Contacted Nationwide Transport Services to ship my VW Jetta from Florida to Washington State in November 2012. The original plan was to ship the vehicle in January. Due to unforeseen changes to a job start date, we had to move the shipment up to Thanksgiving week to ensure the vehicle was in Washington no later than November 30th. The contract/call in was the 19th. Laki went above and beyond to make sure we had a pick up and delivery in our desired timeframe. Being I am retired military, My original quote was $900. Laki offered me a $100 discount for our January transport, but when the date got moved back to November, that discount disappeared. If I had any negative comments, that would be it. The pick up service was excellent and the driver took very good care of loading the vehicle on the Florida side of this. On the other end it was a little different. The driver got lost a couple times and the delivery was later than promised. When he did arrive he needed 2x4's to unload the car, which required us to go find them. No problems noted with the vehicle at delivery. I woiuld use Nationwide Transport anytime I needed to move long distances. Very professional, outstanding customer service, and they kept in contact with us throughout the shipment.
