After having a truly terrible experience with another company, where 1 1/2 months were wasted by their inability to actually find a driver, our "contract" with them finally ended, and I clenched my teeth and called Nationwide, expecting the same poor service. We were SO surprised when I called, gave my info, and John immediately found us 2 drivers! They worked around my family's availability for the pick-up, and for a convenient drop-off, and the driver was a really nice, polite guy. I would definitely recommend you call them first - and you won't have to call anyone else!!
