Pricey but great, reliable service

This was my second time transporting my car across country. I was having some issues with another company and Nationwide bailed me out to put simply and discreetly. Steve was so great. I called because this other company seemed to be trying to pull the wool over my eyes in a couple different ways so I called Nationwide to see if what this company was doing was normal. Not only did Steve research and prove the ill repute of this other company, he offered to help me get out from under them without any obligations or zealous attempt at gaining my credit card information before locking down a guaranteed driver. I didn't even have to sign anything until a couple days before my car arrived to my destination (where as the other company coerced me into signing immediately. During this entire process, I was desperate to have my car picked up promptly considering my flight was on a specific date and unmovable. Steve and CJ (the driver from Klein Logistics, LLC) were excellent at reassuring me that I was paying them to get the job done well and thus they were going to get the job done. And they did! CJ picked up the car on my first available day and delivered it safely and promptly the next week (5 days!!!). Both of them stayed in contact with me, answering and addressing any concerns and questions I may have had. I was in a desperate and tight situation, dealing with a scamming transport company and Nationwide helped bail me out without adding to my stress. My only issue was that it was really pricey, but other than that...GREAT service. I would absolutely recommend them if you are not working on a flexible schedule and need to get the job done efficiently and safely.
