First of all, I have to say this is my second time to use Nationwide Transport. The first time (from CA to NY) was OK for the price and the delivery speed, so when I planned to ship my car from NY back to CA, I chose Nationwide Transport again.- - - - However, this time I have a really terrible experience! I made an order on Aug 30 for the pick-up on Sep 8. Since I have a flight on Sep 9, Sep 8 is the only day I can ship my car and I have emphasized this to my agent Marc Kanoa. He promised me I would have a driver contact me on Sep 6.- - - - However, nothing happened on that day and I called Marc Kanoa about the issue on Sep 7. Marc Kanoa told me the original driver's wife was suffering in serious medical problem so he wouldn't be able to pick up my car. And then he again promised me that he would find another driver by the end of Sep 7. At first, he said it should be done within one hour and he would call me back. And one hour later, nothing happened and I called him back and then he said just 5 more minutes. Well, 30 mins later (5:30pm), nothing happened again and I called him back and then he said I should be patient and shouldn't be worried as he would get it done by the end of the day. Well again, 3 hours later (8:30pm), I still didn't receive any calls and I had to call him back. However, I was told that "he's already been off the office today and you need to call him back tomorrow morning". I had to ship my car on the next day but I still hadn't received any drivers to pick up my car, so how can I be patient and feel nothing?- - - - In the morning of Sep 8 (the only I can ship my car), I called Marc Kanoa again and he just said the same words "I am still working on it". But there was not any real apologize about not giving me contact on the day before. He said "if you don't trust me,you can just cancel it, that's totally fine". Well, I made the order 10 days ago, and then on the day I need to ship my car, he just said he couldn't make it and just simply cancelled the order? I believe for most people, if they have the same situation as I did, they wouldn't be totally relaxed and fully patient. I told him that I just wanted an updated information and some confirmation about the shipment. What's worse is that Marc Kanoa didn't even let me finish my words and just hang up my phone. So actually I was not cancelling the shippment, I was cancelled. Is this the way how Nationwide Transport deals with their customers (I am wondering who is being really impatient)?! And after that I tried to call and emaill Marc Kanoa for an official cancellation, but he never replied again. Currently I have already been charged for $200 deposit, but I haven't received any refunds or official notification about the cancelation yet.- - - - Based on the situation descripted as above, I am higlh disapointed with the service of Nationwide Transport (especially for the atittude of Marc Kanoa). I don't recommend people to use their service if they still keep treating customers like this.
