Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with National Transport Services. My car was picked up one night and delivered the next day (from SoCal to NorCal). The entire process went very smoothly for a great price.
My only complaint is that at times, I felt there was a lack of communication. Sometimes I would need to follow up my email with a phone call when I didn't receive a response. When I asked to reschedule my ship date, he said he was working on it, but then I didn't hear from him again. The shipping company called me later to inform me of the schedule, but for about a week, I wasn't sure what was going to happen. Ultimately, there was nothing I needed to worry about. Marc smoothly handled everything behind-the-scenes. I only wish that he checked in with me occasionally so that I didn't feel out of the loop.
