Horrible communication by office and driver. We couldn’t tell if the driver was on the way or picked up the truck or not . Eventually picked up three days late . After setting a time for delivery it was over 8 hours late . Truck arrived and the driver ran into it damaging the whole left side of the bed and bumper . Now truck is being repaired but neither nationwide nor the driver have the correct insurance to cover the rental or lost value on a brand new truck . Beware these people just tell you what you want to hear and don’t live up to there word
