DO NOT USE this company unless you want to be robbed blind. The senior moving consultant, Bill Campbell, is responsive until you question anything and then he does NOT return your calls or emails. He is a fast talking person who does not really listen to you. They do a quote over the phone and never send anyone out - This is NOT a good idea. Always have someone come out and assess your stuff. The quote is never right and you end up paying more. My quote started out at $2200.00 but by the time I went throught the QC process and after the move, I ended up paying over $3000.00. They seem to contract alot with a company called Best Price Moving and Storage. They too are shady. They started taping things they were told NOT too. And boxes they tapped shut were completely open when the boxes arrived. However, anything I taped was not opened. They charge for every roll of tape they use (and trust me, they do NOT finish a roll before they start another one). They stacked boxes on top of my 52 inch television box. They damaged some of my items. They broke down my beds for packing and were suppose to put my beds back together, however pieces were missing to put my bed back together so I could not put it back together.
I am SO disappointed and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
