Well all these negative reviews for Nationwide Relocation Services sound familiar because I am experiencing them first-hand. My ETA dates for pick-up have come and gone without a single phone call from anyone there. I received one email from "Quality Assurance", who did not respond to my email either. After leaving many voicemail messages for many different people, I still have had no contact with anyone human there. I don't think they are. It is very dissappointing since my first contact, Augustin, seemed so kind when he was taking my money. Now I'm out my deposit and had to hire another moving company on an extremely short notice.

Thanks Nationwide Relocation Services for making the stress of moving 100 times worse. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and I will get my deposit back even if I have to see you in court. I'd love to.
