My husband is in the military and they say they give you a discount..They do not! They talked us into paying 950 then charged us 1000. After we paid half, A company who does work with military families said the price is around 350. They showed up 3 days late and then called us and gave us 2 hour notice they were picking up the vehicle. Then 2 hours later we called the driver and he said it would be another two hours. When we called to try and get our money back and just cancel the service, they told us no they would not give any money back because the driver was already on his way and someone had to pay for his gas..we paid them 450 at that point. The driver showed up with a tow truck from a town that is 30 minutes away. We had to wait around another 2 hours and we barely made it for my husband to check in. On top of it all, they have the wrong name for me and it has been 14 days and no word on where or when my vehicle will be here. What kind of company does this to a military family..as if we don't have enough to deal with.
