After booking with another car transporter and finding out the day before the vehicle was to be dropped off, that I was blatantly lied to. I had to quickly find someone else to transport our car, and after several hours of surfing the Internet looking and requesting quotes, I received a phone call from Kirsten at Nationwide Auto Transport. After being lied to I was quite leery, but after talking to Kirsten, I knew she was being up front and honest with me, I felt comfortable from the start. I explained our situation with the deal falling through at the very last minute with the other transporter, and due to time constraints, I needed to get the vehicle shipped ASAP. Kirsten wasted no time, she was on the phone with Matson (in Hawaii) and called me back within 10 minutes to tell me that it was set, all my husband had to do was bring the vehicle to the pier and they’d take care of the rest. I could not believe how quick she was in responding to me. At that point, she confirmed everything, took my payment via Credit Card, and ONLY ONE payment needed to be made, not multiple like many of the other Transport companies, and also NO split payments (down payment of one amount, another payment when you drop of the vehicle at the pier, and then pay the driver when he arrives). Within minutes everything was taken care of. We ran into a few hiccups with the vehicle when my husband dropped it off at the pier, nothing that Nationwide could do anything about, more of just my husbands carelessness with the registration on his vehicle. But after calling Kirsten several times, and her assistance with the situation, calling into Matson, and working her MAGIC - it all worked out!! The vehicle was in Matson’s possession, and we were all set to go!! Kirsten gave me the tracking number for Matson, and I was able to track the vehicle all the way until it touched land in Seattle, at which point I contacted Kirsten to see what the next step was going to be, and as always she retuned my call promptly and once again was able to work her MAGIC! She called me back and said the driver was leaving to pick up our vehicle in Seattle and we should get it that evening or the next morning, and on top of that, she gave me the drivers name and telephone number, so that we could call him as well. Which my husband did end up calling him, and we were provided with excellent service on that end as well. The very next morning Alex our driver was at our house with our vehicle in tact, and in the condition in which it was dropped off. He was extremely courtesy, and took extreme caution in removing the vehicle off of his car trailer. I’m so happy to report that what started off as a bad situation, turned into a FABULOUS situation because of the service I was provided by Kirsten, she provided me with service beyond my expectations!!
