Does NOT return calls and Explorer still in NY

We placed our order for my Ford Explorer to be transported from NY to Nevada on Feb 22 and asked it be in Nevada on March 10th or 11th which they said would be perfectly fine since we gave them more than enough notice. So we figured by placing this order as well as paying a deposit on Feb 22 that it would give them plenty of time to arrive and it never did. I had to call the company EVERYDAY to check on the status and they kept telling us they would call us back or that the truck would be there in a hour and lets just my Explorer is still sitting here in NY and I NEVER EVER once got a phone call back.
