My son was gifted a car by my mother in February. Figuring it would be costly to move it in the winter, I waited until spring to start the process. I collected a few names off the Transport Review site, and contacted several about transporting my car. Prices too high, multiple carriers, and incomplete information were some of the issues I discovered and started feeling this wasn't going to happen. Then I found Nations Auto Transport. I called them, and was instantly at ease with Sue Wright. She was blunt, honest, and up front with fees, potential wait time, and how the process on a whole works. She was excellent with email and phone communications, promt, and thorough. She called us ON Memorial Day to tell us she had a carrier, had stayed within our budget, and provided us all the carriers information up front. I had questions even after the car was picked up and she answered them. And after the car was delivered and she spoke with the carrier, she still followed up with me. Never once did I feel abandoned or cut loose during the entire process, and the car arrived in excellent condition. The deposit was not charged to my card until the carrier was dispatched, and payment to the carrier was straight forward. For $1200, I was able to get a gifted car from Florida to Vermont in under a week. Money well spent. IF I ever have another transport issue, Sue will be the ONLY person I call.
