This was the first time I had shipped a car in the USA. I was moving from Atlanta Ga to the Northeast. Initially, I was worried whether the car shipping process would work; would I ever see my car again? Mark Levin was terrific; he thoroughly explained the shipping process, made me feel secure and answered my phone calls and emails quickly and personally. He sent me information and data about his business that demonstrated I would be working with a reliable firm. Mark detailed how his company vetted their drivers and his explanations rested more on logic than salesmanship- this was reassuring, calming and I appreciated hearing what he said.. Also, the actual car shipping worked as promised- the pick-up/delivery time frame, the payment options, etc. For me, what made the biggest difference was Mark-I felt like he provided immediate customer service-no waiting, no aggravation. He gave me the feeling that he personally had "his eye" on my car-where it was, what was happening, etc. I strongly recommend Mark Levin and would call him again immediately for any car shipping needs!
