We recently had the need to use your service. The customer service that I had encountered was tremendous!
Being in the customer service business here at Towne Park, I fully understand what goes into ensuring that a customer is satisfied. Your representatives were outstanding in assisting me with setting up the pickup and delivery. I have not had the opportunity to work with your company in the past and I have to say it was a pleasure to do business with you. I made numerous phone calls for questions or issues that I was encountering and every single time I spoke with someone, they were professional, helpful and efficient. The first person I had spoken with was Tiffany. I apologize I do not have the name of all the others, but my order number was 63569.
