From the online booking through to delivery the whole process was excellent. I was notified by National Transport within minutes of my order. The dispatcher called me with pick up times, the carrier then called with estimated delivery. The carrier then called again the day of the delivery and the driver called prior to delivery. I would use National Transport again for sure.
