Requested and transport from Tampa to Miami for an classic car with only parking brakes, Car did not run. As I'm from out of the US communication is an challenge aswell payment. These where solved by an simple phone call. Initiation of transport started very well, but where unable to make arrangement with pick-up address. The managed to pick it up an few days later. Trnasport on itself no problem. Some issue's caused by driver but National solved them afterwards.
For me good service is as good as the manner how to compnay is able deal with issues. And they dealt with it very very good. Would definitly recommend. Alvin (from Aruba)
