I have only great things to say about the whole experience with National. From the time I located your website, which I appreciated for its straightforwardness and ease of obtaining a quote for services as well as the fair price for the delivery, I was very impressed. Before placing the order I was able to reach someone by phone quite easily ( actually reached a real person right away) and get answers to all my questions. Once I placed the order, I had to exclude some days of availability and was able to again easily communicate this to your staff through email and phone. And finally, I met the driver through his first phone call and found him to be very open and honest about the planning to pick up the car. When I met him on the pick up date he was friendly and extremely professional in checking the car over to make note of any existing damage. He was thorough and willing to answer any questions I asked. He estimated his delivery time and even though he had an unexpected delay was able to get the vehicle there within a day of this date On the receiving end, my sister also commented about his courteousness, as she had placed calls to him over two days to arrange the pickup time and location. I would without reservation recommend National Transport to anyone looking for a worry-free transport of their vehicle. Thank you all for being a company that truly DELIVERS!!!
