I found National Transport LLC on the Internet. They had not been previously referred to me by anyone, so I was really sticking my neck out on this one. Thankfully, their website showed that they were a member of the Better Business Bureau, so that immediately made me trust them. The price for shipping my car was a mere $695, which was a drop in the bucket compared to the almost $2000 I had been quoted elsewhere. My car was picked up in Houston, Texas on the FIRST available date I gave to them and it was delivered to Baltimore, Maryland without damage on the EXACT date they told me it would be there. I was more than happy with the results and thought I wouldn't need them anymore for a while- -until my employer insisted on an actual receipt. Because I had made the reservation online, I didn't have a "paid" receipt, but one email to Erin, my customer service representative, and the receipt was in the hands of my employer (via fax) within minutes. All I can say is I wish ALL of my moving experiences were as pleasant and carefree as my car transport was! Thank you National Transport LLC!
