I went on line and found the price of $595 was a “Priority” price to have the vehicle picked up in 1 -3 days and then delivered in 1 – 6 days. I verified over the phone the on-line quote price of $595 and the total time to get the vehicle shipped to me would be maximum of 9 working days from the date of the Order.

Several days after Placing the order I was contacted via e-mail advising they had been unable to find a driver to pick up the vehicle within the 1-3 day time frame and suggested "in starting out with [adding] an additional $50 to the order, we can try to offer more money to drivers and see if they will be more willing". I was flabergasted that I was quoted a time and a price and then told they couldn't meet the time frame and then asked for more money. I was then told I had to wait 2 more days and if they couldn't find a driver by then I could cancel without any fees being incurred. Now I was double flabergasted...I was quoted a price and a time frame, the time frame for pick-up was not being meet and I was being asked for more money and then told if I cancelled at this point in time I would incur cancellation fees. I felt that I was being totally screwed at this point.

But they turned the situation around, worked diligently to find a driver. The vehicle was picked up and delivered within the total 9 working day time frame even though the pick-up was not within the 1-3 days. Total time from placing order to delivery of the vehicle was 8 working days so I was pleased in the end.

Follow up was good as I was contacted to see if I was happy with their service. The driver was very professional and courteous.

I hope to not have to have a vehicle transported ever again but never say never so if the occassion ever arises again I would consider using National Transport LLC again.
