I had my vehicle booked with another transporter (because they were the cheapest) for two weeks and never heard about my pick up. So I contacted National Transport and of course I was nervous and disheartened after waiting around for two weeks for these other guys- But Vicki was upfront about pickup/delivery times and about the price. National was very understanding and sympathtic because of my previous experienc and two days later the driver actually showed up! Upon assigning the driver National called me and went over the scheduling with me. Everything went as planned. My vehicle arrived in NM 4 days later. The driver was exceptional! My advice: Save yourselves the headache and book with National!
