National Transport LLC actually hires independent truck drivers to move vehicles. They claim no accountability for delivery. They fail to communicate or followup on what is actually happening with the order.
I was told I would be given at least a days advance notice to make arrangements to meet the driver with my delivery. I never heard from them until the actual day of delivery. I was told I had to meet the driver or my vehicle would be impounded by the company and I would be charged storage fees. I had to leave work early in order to be at my house to meet their driver. Shame on them for not running a professional service. I caution anyone who agrees to use this company that they will regret it. They are not interrested in any delivery problems after they get your money.
I was also told I could pay the driver by money order. After going to the bank and getting a money order for the driver. The driver told me that I had to pay in cash or else I would not get my vehicle.
Someone needs to hold this broker accountable for the poor service and the total lack of accountability. They really should not be allowed to treat their customers as inconsiderately as they do. I hold them accountable as they are the broker. They are collecting a fee to deliver a service. They are not professional and will NOT assist you should you have a problem. I felt compelled to warn all people who are considering using this company they will regret it. This has been a awful expierence and I regret ever calling this comany. They will never get any business from me again
