This was the second time that we shipped our car, but the first time with National Transport, LLC. It was actually by accident that we contacted them instead of our previous carrier!
The overall experience was perfect in spite of my personal fears about our timing. I wanted the car to get out here to California soon after we arrived, which was five days before Christmas.
They picked up in our neighborhood in Pennsylvania on a Saturday morning and delivered here in San Diego County on the following Friday morning. All personnel - both on the phone and on the trucks - were extremely pleasant and reassuring. The car arrived in excellent shape and relatively clean considering its travel.
I appreciated the ease of booking and no minimum weight given for packing some of our items in the vehicle. We were made to feel that we had some control over this effort.
Will definitely use them again when we travel next year.
