2 months or longer, I contacted National Transport and arranged for my vehicle to be picked up between (9/25 and 10/1. I had not heard from National Transport so I decided to calll them. I was told that National Transport did not know when the pick up would be. I cancelled the pick up order and was not charged a dime for the cancellation. After looking around I decided to go back to National Transport. I gave them a pick up window of 9/25 and 10/1. At 7 days until my departure date I called National Transport and was told that they did not know when my car would be picked of. I wanted to know if the picked would be before Oct1 and was told that they did not know. I began to get nervous and started to look at other ways to get my car to Florida. Now, I had 5 days left and would be departing Virginia and National Transport could not give me a pick up time or day.I told National Transport to just cancel the order. I was then told I would have to pay a 30% of the price needed to get my car on a truck and deliver it to my new residence. I could not belive what I was just told. I asked why am I paying 30% of the price when it was National Transport who could not give me a time or day for pick up. National Transport took $208.00 from my bank account. Since National Transport had taken $208 of my hard earned money, I decided to stay with National Transport. The supervisor told me that there was a quicker way but it would cost me $1100.000. I had a contract with National Transport to pick up my car and I was just days from heading south and National Transport still could not give me a pick time or day. I am now with National Transport and I am hoping to have my car picked up prior to me leaving on OCT 1. I was given a pick up window of 1 to14 days. Despite this cherade started weeks ago, National Transport could not care. All I was offered an $1100.00 price for immediate pick up. No Thanks. I'm praying National Transport is here at my door prior to Oct 1.

As Mr. O'Rourke has stated in his review, the order was first available for pickup on 9/25/12 and he chose the option of a pickup window of 1 to 14 business days from this first available ready date. Today 9/27/12 is the second business day of the 14 business day pickup window he opted for when he placed his order on our website. We are still well within the timeframe Mr. O'Rourke has opted for and are still working on arranging his transport. None of our customers are compensated for reviews.
