A customer service representative contacted me within 48 hours of my placing my request and the truck driver called me hours later. The truck driver showed up when he said and he would, and the car was delivered in Houston half a day ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with this company and this transaction. It costs a fair bit of money (I paid almost $1,000), but you get what you pay for, and if I needed to ship a car again I would go with this company.
