I used National transport to get our car moved from GA to CT.

Some back ground :
I always thought this was a very complicated process and had actually decided to sell my car.It was a last minute decision to keep it and I had to leave it for pick up at a friends house. I had received quote from another company but when I called them back last minute ,they increased the rate by 150$ (may be hearing the desperation in my voice) and when I refused they kept trying to convince me how complicated it is and kept trashing other companies and how they charge hidden fees.etc. Thats when I realized I am talking to the wrong person
I then goggled and found National transport . Decided to call them because their website looked very professional.

Experience:
The customer service personnel was very professional and informative. They gave a quote and walked me through the process and expected time line . The terms and conditions and transaction were very clear.They picked up the car the very next day.The car arrived earlier than expected . The total transit time was approximately 32 hrs. The truck driver kept us updated over the phone about ETA and coordinated delivery. The car arrived with out a scratch.We were very pleased with the service .Now I cannot believe I tried to sell the car I liked so much just coz I thought this was a very convoluted process. With National it was as simple as any other ground shipment.

I actually got my car moved faster and cheaper than the other company and most of all I value the peace of mind I had in the process which only come with trust. YES I will use National transport again.
