After researching many different car haulers to transport my vehicle, I found this company with many great reviews. Hence, why I am writing one. I called and spoke with Jorge Perez. He was very helpful in providing the information and procedures of transporting my vehicle. He made the arrangements in having my vehicle picked up from Rhode Island to North Carolina. He stayed in touch and informed me every step of the way from the dispatch to the arrival.. I have to mention that the driver that came to pick my vehicle up was very professional and courteous.
After a few months, I had to have the vehicle hauled again from North Carolina to Florida. Obviously, it was a no brainer and contacted Jorge, once again, and he made the necessary arrangements. He stayed in touch again through the whole transport either by telephone and/or email. Please note, however, this time we unfortunately experienced inclement weather and through it all, Jorge arranged to have the vehicle delivered only a couple days later than promised!! I highly recommend this company and never was worried. I have to add, once again, that the driver was also in touch with me every step of the way and he was courteous and very professional.
