I provided money up front more than a month and a half ago. I sent numerous emails to Mr. Henry Dunn and have yet to be reimbursed. Unknowingly i drove the train and had to try and coordinate this shipment deal because i never received any status on my shipment. I wound up leaving my vehicle in Virginia while I moved across country. I wound up using another carrier and will gladly recommend that carrier to you. NDT, No effort whatsoever in all phases. ZERO calls returned. HERE IS THE BEST ... i put a negative review of the company on this site. The company disputed my review stating "I was not a client" and Transport Reviews temporarily removed my review until i could prove I was a client. I saved every email between Mr. Dunn and myself, sent those emails to Transport Reviews and my review of the company is now back up as you can see. I actually gave them the benefit of the doubt at first ... my subject line was "Recommendation Pending" at first thinking i would get my money back. As of today, going on 2 months, i have not received a dime. Do not use this company unless you want to throw money away. I"m more upset that they denied doing business with me, hence i got a little nastier here. Don't trust them, don't pay anything up front. A scam!
