We purchased a brand new vehicle in Arlington TX and did not want to put the extra miles on it, so we looked into various shipping companies. We looked at reviews, BBB ratings, etc., and, although their quote was not the lowest, we decided to go with National Car Transport. We dealt with Richard, and things could not have gone smoother. The car was picked up early, delivered to our driveway in upstate NY, in spotless condition. Both Richard and the driver were responsive and respectful.

One thing that we learned when researching these companies is that some companies will give a low-ball offer, but then give a disclaimer that there could be additional charges. For instance, we live in the Adirondacks. We found one carrier who had a low offer, but then added that, most transporters would only go as far as Albany, and there would be an extra charge, amount unknown, for the other 58 miles. Richard gave me a quote up front, with exact $$ figures provided. I would absolutely use this company again, and would recommend to a friend.
