The transport was booked by National Auto Transport. The auto was deliverd by Matson from Hawaii to Andrade Auto Transport in Los Angeles for delivery to Texas. National promised delivery no later than 8 days later and I am still waiting after two weeks. National does not answer their phones and leaving voice mail does no good. Phone calls to three people in the company and customer service have all gone unreturned for 5 days. Contacted Matson for contact info on National and actually talked to a real person who was extremely rude and would not make any assurance the car would be delivered anytime soon. Asked for contact information for Andrade Auto Transport the trucking company and she would not give me that info. Andrades web site is disabled. Wondering If I will ever see my car.
