I had the worst experience with these guys ever~!!!!!!!!!! I've just read all the reviews below about this company, and it is sooooo depressing that I haven't read the reviews before I booked my order with this company.
As you all know by now, it company is nothing but a fraud. I haven't seen anyone whose more impolite than these guys working at this company especially a guy name ADRIEN~! (He would not return to your calls even after the 1000000 messages you left. I thought he was on a vacation since he didn't pick up to 1000000 phone calls I made, but I was told my another representative that Adrien was sitting in his office. Basically, he will just ignore your calls. What a jerk~!)
It's soooooo depressing for me to think back how miserable I was dealing with these crazy people. All I gotta say is NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY~!!!!!!! I am warning you~ DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY to ship your car.
I had to drive my car all the way from NC to TX because of liars at NAT. Did I get my money(deposit) back??? Heck no~! Even if I lost my deposit and all that, I am soooooo glad that I haven't handed my car key to them.
Again, this company is nothing but a fraud~!
