They were very easy to get a hold of before they took my deposit - by the way, most other companies do not take deposits until the car is picked up. Once they had my $200 I could never get a hold of someone in less than 45 minutes of holding. They use caller ID to screen calls - they would only pick up if I called the quote phone number from a different phone. They played the all customer service agents are at lunch right now or just hang up on you. I was scheduled for pickup on July 1st and then again on the 3rd. No one ever called to confirm. I asked for my money back and was told they have 30 days to pick up the car. Today is the 30th of July and I have yet to hear from them even once. They are completely dishonest, rude, and criminals as far as I'm concerned. I would never use this company or anyone affiliated with them again. The worst part is that they are A rated by the online BBB - I am working a complaint with them as well.
