National took a $200 deposit, failed to show up on the day promised (confirmed by them twice), then refused to answer numerous emails, telephone calls. Finally 3 weeks - yep THREE weeks - after promised pick up and hearing nothing, they call and ask if we are still interested! I cancelled the deposit on my visa and then National sprang to action! They spent a whole lot more time ensuring the deposit was kept than a customer! Used DAS - and everything went smoothly.
