Just a follow-up. I never received my refund. Lisa had sent me an email on June 6th that I would receive my deposit back of $400 (in my other post, I wrote $200, but my deposit was $400). I had a feeling I wasn’t going to get my refund based on all the other comments on this board.
A week passed so I called. The rep said it would take another 5 days to show on credit card.

She said, "Don't bother calling here again if you're going to make an assumption. You know what happens. Don't even bother calling back. I can't contract the refund people. You will get your money back. Wait another 5 days.”
A week passed so I called. Louis answered and gave me the story of wait another 5 days. Supposedly noone at National Auto Transport has any contact or has any way of contacting the refund department. Totally ridiculous. I told Louis I would write to the BBB, and that it was ridiculous I haven’t received my refund. He said, “Fine, if that's the way you feel about it, I can't do anything about it. you just have to wait. Bye.” And he hung up on me.
It’s now been over 30 days since my refund was promised to me in an email. I called over and over and over on July 7th, but I kept getting put on hold and no one ever picked up the phone. I even let it ring on speaker for over a half hour….calling back over and over. FINALLY, someone answered. Lisa said that she would send an email to the manager and refund department, and that it's in process.
Whatever. It's been over 30 days!!!!
I called my credit card company and did a dispute. The cc will take up to 6 weeks to do the dispute, but hopefully I will get the $400 back from them. It was interesting that the cc company said that after 120 days, you can’t file a claim through the credit card company. Most cc companies are like this. They said that National Auto probably waits and waits, never gives you a refund, because they know after 120 days you give the deposit, you can’t make a dispute claim with your credit card company. Interesting.
I wrote the BBB. I am totally upset and appalled with this company.
