Total Scam, Totally Stressful!

I thought this company was good since it has an A rating on the Better Business Bureau. I was fooled like everyone else with their great website and service from Sal (before the deposit).

I had contact with Sal - emailed back and forth many times - great responses. He answered all my questions, assured me a great delivery, and seemed so wonderful and flexible. He stated their pickup was on time, door to door service, $200 deposit - $2000 total, and no fees for changing the dates since it's a military move.

This was my first move, first auto transport, and I was really nervous about it all. I was so confident that Sal and NAT was a good choice. I was WRONG!!!

As soon as Sal got my $200 deposit, I never heard from him again. I tried to email him many times with questions on the transport, but got no answer.

My pick up date window was May 29-30. My cars were never picked up. I called customer service HUNDREDS of times within those few days. Carlos, Phil, and a bunch of other rude guys in customer service assured me the cars would be picked up that night from 6-7pm......May 29th...nope....May 30th....nope.

Everytime I called, I would never get anyone to answer - it was SOOO frustrating. When I did get someone, they were so rude and sarcastic to me. I was stressed and appalled!

I had to leave for CA on the 31st. I noticed on the emailed contract, there is a whole paragraph about 'rules and policies on the reverse side of the contract.' Well, the contract that was emailed to me was one page - I never got a second page with the 'reverse side' information. scam!

I called them so many times - day after day after day....no answer. I read all the reviews on this website, and realized I got scammed like everyone else, in the exact same way.

I immediately called United Auto Transport (see my review of the company on this website). United was AWESOME! Tanya helped me out, and picked up my car in VA within hours.

I just called them yesterday (June 6th), and got a hold of Lisa....she said she would refund my money, and then I got a confirmation email from Alejandra. We'll see if I get my money back next week. I am writing the Better Business Bureau and hopefully can dispute the deposit charge with my credit card company.

I can't believe this company is still in business - there are hundreds of complaints on the web about this company. Just awful they would take your money - so horrible and dishonest!
