One week after my estimated pick-up date they finally said they would be here between 7-8 to pick up my car. Three days later still not picked up. One week after that (over two weeks from the orignal pick up date) we decided to drive the car and tow our Tahoe behind the U-haul. WE couldn't wait around any longer due to the starting date of my new job. I thought two weeks would be pleanty of time incase we had a problem, but I was wrong. It was very inconvient because my wife and I each had to drive seperatly for the near 3000 miles to Alaska, put miles on the car and pay for extra gas. Customer service reps for National Auto Transport are very rude (all of them, and I spoke to at least 6) and I still havn't seen a dollar of my deposit that was promised to be refunded to me. I would not recommend using this company. They are just a broker and work with other carriers which we all know how great middle-men are. Terrible experience.
